Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب الصلاة باب ما جاء أن من أذن فهو يقيم

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جَبِيرَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُصَلَّى فِى سَبْعَةِ مَوَاطِنَ فِى الْمَزْبَلَةِ وَالْمَجْزَرَةِ وَالْمَقْبُرَةِ وَقَارِعَةِ الطَّرِيقِ وَفِى الْحَمَّامِ وَفِى مَعَاطِنِ الإِبِلِ وَفَوْقَ ظَهْرِ بَيْتِ اللَّهِ.
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, forbade praying in seven places: manure dumps, slaughterhouses, graveyards, the middle of the road, the bathroom, in camels' resting place by the water, and on the roof of the Ka'bah (1) Footnotes: (1) The most venerable structure in Islām, situated within the Sanctified Mosque of Makkah.
